DELIVERY TIME

Products in stock will be shipped out within 24 hours after placement of order. Delivery time hereafter is according to the chosen courier.

We ship in DK using PostNord, Bring og GLS.

We offer worldwide shipping using PostNord International.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE DENMARK:       FLAT RATE 7 EUR 

We offer free shipping for orders over  €69!.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order without cause within 14 days.

The right of cancellation expires 14 days after delivery. If you buy multiple products in one order, and we can not deliver the them at the same time, then the right of cancellation expires 14 days after the delivery of the last package.

If the deadline expires on a national holiday, saturday, sunday or bank holiday the deadline is extended to the following working day.

If the product is opened or used or does not appear pristine the right of cancellation is forfeited

RETURNING CANCELLED PRODUCTS

You cancel the order by noticing us on e-mail ( return@kaosyarn.dk ) within the deadline of 14 days.

You must also fill out a RETURN FORM

when returning an order you must pay the postal/courier charge yourself, and make sure the products are properly packaged.

Returning the products by rejecting the package is not permitted. If packages are not claimed and returned to KAOS YARN a return fee of 6 EUR will be imposed.

REFUND

We will refund your order without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances maximum 14 days after receiving a message of your cancellation. We will, however, retain the refund until the products are received, or you have provided documentation for the return.

The refund will be on the same payment method used in the original transaction.

COMPLAINT

Your purchase is covered by Danish sales law. This means that any inadequate products are repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the inadequacy of the product is not caused by misuse or any other damaging behaviour.

Please note that handmade products are not completely identical and some deviation from the product image may occur. We therefore take reservations for these deviations.

You can make claim for inadequate products within 24 months from the date of delivery by contacting us at  return@kaosyarn.dk.

Your order is returned in the same way it would if the order is cancelled, however by agreement, so we can make arrangements for the return shipping.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

In order to conduct business with us, we need the following personal information:

Name, address, e-mail address and possibly phone number.

Vi register and pass on this personal information to our business partners, to be able to deliver the products to you. Our Business partners include Bring, PostNord or GLS and PayPal.

The data stated above will be kept in conjunction with information about which products you have bought, for a period of years from the end of the calendar year. The information is kept according to the danish “bogføringslov” § 10. If you created a login to be able to conduct self-service at our company, your information will not be deleted unless you ask us to. We do not sell or pass on your personal information to third party, unless the company is restructured or sold. In this situation your personal data will only be passed on according to current law.
